Would anyone know what this is??!! I took her to the doc Wednesday and said it might be a bug bite. He gave me oral medication and cream to put on it. But it’s literally getting worse and worse everyday and she won’t stop scratching it! 🥺🥺🥺🥺

@njgriffin Happy I could help and that you got a proper diagnosis. Keep a bottle of running alcohol and calamine in your first aid kit. Calamine has always been a "go to" item for poison ivy. Warm oatmeal bath helps. Be careful so you don't get it, too. She'll be better in a few days. Keep long pants on her and get Loratadine. It's an OTC allergy medicine that is safe for her age. Ask her ped for her dosage. The package will say 5ml. But ask your ped first. It can help with the itching by reducing the histamines. Or you can use Benedryl cream. Hugs and have a great day!!!
