yeah. It’s transformed how she eats and she’s done a great job of keeping most of it off. She’s fluctuated by 5 lbs here and there but for the most part she’s steady. She now can look at foods and figure out points without having to look it up.
@littleonemorning, @basimahummiof3, I’m thinking about trying it. I’m overweight and need to lose some pounds. About 30-35 and was wondering how I get started with the program. What are these “points” that I keep seeing people talking about when it comes to tracking food and calories?
Points are your food. You don’t track calories. Do you get zero point foods like fruit and veggies. It’s more of a way to get you to focus on what you are eating. You can cram a lot of junk in your system within your calorie budget.
