What do you think this rash is? It's too late to take him to the docs now but I am going tomorrow morning. I'm freaking out. Does it look like eczema? He has cradle cap on his head n behind his ears but after I bathed him I see this.

Could possibly be ecezema.. but lil buba skin folds always need extra drying n can (not all the time) do with some powder... I only used cornstarch version talcum powder..
