I have to brag on my husband!
He gave me a new gel polish set the other day as an early present. I knew he had ordered me a necklace with the kids’ names on it that I’ve been wanting, so when I came downstairs this morning I expected some cards & flowers.
But then I find this! 😭😂🙌🏼💕
It’s a “Mom Catalogue” and I have “6 mom bucks” to spend in addition to a STARZ subscription (so I can finish the rest of the seasons of outlander 😂 ).
He wrote out the descriptions and everything (see: all the typos 😂)

We’ve been working on each other‘s love languages. Like mine is totally to give gifts, but he doesn’t appreciate that like he appreciates words of affirmation & touch. So I’ve been showing him love In HIS ways and he’s tried to do the same.
Randomly giving me small gifts or whatever.
I genuinely think it’s working though, because we are definitely in a really good place right now with our marriage. 🤷🏼♀️
