So my iPhone 8 Plus has been good to me. But for a couple of months, my microphone hasn’t been working. I literally cannot use my speaker because no one can’t hear me. Also I need to fix my screen since it’s cracked on the upper right side. I took it to a place and they want to charge me almost $200 to fix it all. Or should I consider getting myself a new phone? Who has the iPhone 11pro? Is it worth getting? Or waiting?

@momma_of_1, I had this speaker issue happen with my iPhone 8 Plus too. I just decided to buy the iPhone 11 Pro when it came out because I went to the Apple store and tested out the camera and loved the camera so I bought it there. Other than that it does most of the same old iPhone things lol

@momma_of_1, yeah I had the same problem with the iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone 6 Plus before that 🤯. I had my iPhone 8 Plus for about that time too. The guy at the Apple store told me that it’s actually a common problem for those phones 😱 - that would’ve been nice to know lol 😅

omg yes that would of been nice to know. My husband isn’t ok with me buying another phone right now. He’s like “let’s just buy a used one” I’m like really? Idk how I feel about buying used phones!

I know right! That’s what I told him 😂. Your right though, I don’t know how I’d feel about a used one but there are really good deals out there, it just takes a bit of digging.
