Yes very normal it’s terrible make sure you take the pain meds or ask for them they were so back I could barely walk thank god for my nurses they make sure I was always on time for the next pain med

Yes and I feel like no one tells u about that!! It was sort of glossed over for me anyway. Never was really told how bad those contractions of the uterus would be!! They shouldn’t last too long though. Maybe a few days pp. hope u get some relief soon!

They didn’t seem so bad when we were at the hospital. But now that I’m home, I’m in so much pain. I was only sent home with 800 ibuprofen, I guess bc I didn’t use as much of the hydro when I was There. I alternated. I just messaged my doctor though to see if he can give me something else bc this is not helping at all.

Yes completely normal! It gets worse with the more kids you have. Just try to relax and drink a lot of water. Are you breastfeeding? That also causes more pain because it’s shrinking everything back down to normal.

Yes totally normal. I get them especially when I breast feed. Its ur uterus shrinking back to size and such
