I pray the panel seeks my recommendation of disbarment. This man has ruined the lives of many others who do not have the guts to take a lawyer to the bar and hold them accountable for the oath they take as an attorney. He messed with the wrong family. He hasn’t responded during this entire investigation process. If he fails to appear he automatically admits to our accusations of misrepresentation! He has taken thousands of dollars from other clients. I know I am not the only one that took him to the Rules and Ethics Discipline Committee. I hope they see him for who is really is. I made a great case and he is being screened for violating 6 rules of conduct. That should be enough for a sanction of disbarment.
Attorneys shouldn’t be allowed to take advantage of their clients. I’ll fight this all the way!

Wow. I wish you the best. So many people like you said are afraid to go against lawyers and judges because they're afraid of the repercussions. Can I ask what happened that lead to this?

@rayofmysunshine that's awesome. I had a feeling it was a family court lawyer. They are the WORST. Most don't give a shit what the outcome is because it's so easy to say it was the judge or the mediator or everyone else involved. They don't care about the families they're just in family law because it is so lucrative

he advertised more than just family court though! I wish I screen shot the website. But him and his partners closed the law firm!!!

I suggested to the panel to get all of his clients information to do an investigation on him completely. I guessed 90% of his clients would be dissatisfied and felt robbed.
