Does anyone know if in order to re new your license you need your glasses prescription as well? Because my license expires next month and I haven’t gone to the eye Dr since 2 years.

Is your DMV even open?
In Illinois where I live, all the DMVs are closed. Car registration and driver's licenses have a 90 day grace period after everything reopens, for people to get everything back in order if anything has expired during this pandemic

I’ve never needed my prescription. I renewed my license last year and got a new state license last month. I would call and double check but I think you should be okay.

When I renewed my license a few months ago, I didn’t need my prescription but did have to read a few lines on an eye chart. They asked if I was wearing my contacts or had my glasses with me.
