Pretty sure we are officially buying the house we’ve been looking at. I haven’t posted anything about it because I didn’t want to get my hopes up BUT we got the word this evening that the owner accepted our offer! My husband and I grew up together, went to the same middle school, had mutual friends and everything and this house is in that same area so we are super excited about it!
