Been cramping since about 1hr after my appt. Back and front cramps. They didnt go away like usual…

Been cramping since about 1hr after my appt. Back and front cramps. They didnt go away like usual and if anything got worse. Started getting a contraction here and there around like 4. (Think there was like 1hr between the 1st and the 2nd) just started timing them and got 2 in 1 44s and 1 57sec about 13min apart. Seems like if this contuines we may be going in tonight 🤞🏼🤞🏼
