Freshly pumped- ideally 3-4hrs but it could last up to 8hrs.

Refrigerator- ideally 3 days but could be 8days

Thawed milk- 24hr

Old style Freezer (old freezer) -2weeks

Frozen in house freezer- 6months

Deep Freeze- 6-12months

Yes, freshly pumped you can leave out for 3-4hrs after you pump, this is the preferred amount of time but you are able to leave it out 8hrs without it spoiling.

If you pump and put it in the Fridge, it’ll last for 3days but you could still use it on the 8th day if it’s in the fridge still.

Once you take it out of the fridge it’s good for the same amount of time as the fresh pump.

I was told 8 hours for freshly pumped, up to 2 weeks in the back of a refrigerator, 6 months in normal freezer, 6 months to a year in chest freezer. Once the milk is thawed from the freezer only

Good for an hour after you’ve thawed it. You’ll be able to tell what milk is bad breastmilk has a bad smell when it’s not good. I always made sure i smelled jr before
