When depression has taken over and you just let your house go. 😭😭😭.
I hate this sooooo much.
What has worked for you in the past? I'm a crier, I allow myself to cry for a predetermined amount of time 🤣 then I fix it. I've not been diagnosed with depression though, so I can't give you advice concerning.
I just get really down sometimes, I listen to uplifting and inspirational songs
I am like that now too because I'm expecting food packages and the shelter I'm in I'd not so cooperative and wants me to take my kids and myself to get my stuff in the public mailbox
Its ok mama. Get some rest. Then get up put some music on and start cleaning. I've been there. Once you take that first step its a breeze.I think 🥰
Girl that ain’t even bad. The kids room a little but kids rooms are usually messy anyway. I’m the same way tho I usually always have my house clean. You should see some the houses I have seen.
Just buckle down and clean. Light a candle or diffuse some oil. Your depression may get better if you accomplish something ❤
I feel like it’s bad for me because I never let it get like this. Even with two toddlers I always pick up right after them an stuff. 😭.

After about 3 years I just gave up lmao and anyone that comes over and has something to say about it can leave kiss my ass or clean it themselves I’m just plain fuckin tired 🤣😫 I just started takin more breaks and cleaning once a week. Learned to let the ocd and anxiety go.
I don't think its awful. Mines got too much clutter. Idk what to do with shit anymore. Then I have a mini tornado all the time.
