
So sick of feeling self conscious about my body and weight and what not! I know I had baby 8 months ago but I thought I would be losing weight after, then this whole pandemic happens and I’ve gained a bunch. Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
My mom does the advocare program and looses weight on it .. i want to look into it after the baby is here. Hopefully they have something safe for breastfeeding

I am only on my 2nd trimester and I gained so much weight! 😭 Can you mommas tell me what’s like a normal weight gain to be expected, please.

Happy to say I finally reached my goal weight after starting my lifestyle change ! Now just to keep that healthy lifestyle going 🤗
