Okay so, now that I've talked with the Doctor, googled and bawled. I did my transvaginal ultrasound today and the first thing that popped up on the screen was not my uterus but a polyp specifically a 23mm polyp. There's no way of telling how long it's been there but it could also play a factor as to why we haven't been able to conceive. Next week I'm having an HSG done to check my fallopian tubes (to see if they're blocked or not) if they are not then at that time she will remove the polyp. If my tubes are blocked or one of them is blocked I'll have to schedule an actual surgery and miss 2 days of work. I'm really hoping my tubes aren't blocked and she can remove the polyp. I'm just super bummed about it.
The good news is that your getting answers .
