So last month they didn't pay the kids child benefit so I had to ring and find out why and they had no idea why it didn't go in and told me they would do an emergency payment to go in same day which it didn't and I had to ring the next day 3 times to then wait for a phone call back for them to apologise and the money was in my account within a couple of hours.. Well today is the day I receive benefit for the kids and it hasn't gone in again! I feel so mugged of by them, why does this keep happening! Have to try and sort it again and I'm worried they are just going to do the same as last month 😣 Just needed to rant some where before the phone calls start! ! 😂😑
