Not going to lie it kind of bothers me when my mom acts like having another grandchild in her life will be the worst thing ever. We don't even know if we want another kid but I literally feel like I can't tell my mom if we do until the baby is like here. She spoils the kids a lot, I never ask her to do anything she does but she obviously loves them to death and I appreciate that. She seldom watches them, and when she does its because I have to go into work randomly for a day of overtime on the weekend- when my husband and I go out (which is super rare like once a month for 2 hours at most) his parents watch our kids mostly because they're closer. She was odd when I expressed wanting to have kids at all before I had my oldest, she was like "you always told me you didn't want kids. What happened?" Like, I was 16 and wanted nothing more than to live free with my friends and I grew up???? Idk I love my mom but sometimes she just makes me feel bad.

Unfortunately that's just how some people are. My mom has never been super excited ever when I've told her I was pregnant. All 5 times. I always give her a month or two and she's happy excited and ready to spoil them. At the end of the day it you and your little family that's all that matters. 🥰

My mom was like that after my oldest. She was super pushy on “no one kids for awhile.” And then I found out I was pregnant again and I was terrified to tell her because of how she was towards the idea. 🙄 but until she pays my bills and whatnot, it’s my body.
But we are also done have kids loll

Fuk that just cut ties I can’t stand toxic ass mfs sounds like my family there’s some ppl in my family never met my kids and some are teens lol ... don’t even bother talking to her she will drift off like the rest
