Does anyone know how you remove an owl from your front door its been here for 2 days
I will thank you it's my mother in laws house she needed help on what she can do I'll keep you updated
It on a glove and a long sleeve shirt put ur hand over him and let him get on your arm then take him to a area or call animal control or you can see if he’s thirsty or hungry with a surrenge and feed him till he gets stronger
@fairykarmamomma, yes he does, very scared. Is most likely injured, because the fact that she can take a picture and get that close he can’t go anywhere. @zel332k, I would try to leave it alone as much as possible keep animals away from the window, you just don’t want to stress it out more.
I just posted the local number to call in her area. I used to live and work over there, so I put my thinking cap on and found that for her.
@fairykarmamomma, you go girl. It’s nice to see a helping hand on here once in awhile. 👏🏼👏🏼❤️
If it is injured it will probably not go anywhere, I would defiantly call a wildlife center, or game and fish in your area. Don’t try to touch it yourself, those beaks and claws are intense lol.
@zel332k, oh for sure. Especially since it is a wild animal. If you call your local animal shelter or animal control they should be able to guide you in the right direction of where to call.
You’re right! I have a feeling the poor fella injured its leg and can’t climb back
up to safety. He does look kinda freaked out...
Usually an owl will climb back up the tree after it’s done hunting or eating. I’m almost positive that owl needs help. In the Bay, I would call the Lindsay museum and tell them about the owl, where you’re located and they should be able to help you with a resource close to you. They may have someone come get it.
Let us know what happened please, I got little owl in the Bay on my mind now...
