I was terrified during my first one. Just make sure you follow the directions and that they put your iv in right. If it’s pinching tell them to redo it. Outside of that the procedure was extremely quick and I literally ate 30 minutes after I woke up.
I’m so worried about it that I couldn’t sleep last night. I was up every hour. I have to drink it tomorrow night. I’m worried I won’t finish it and I’ll have to do this all again. I’m worried the drink will make me feel sick.
it’s ok I definitely suggest adding that lemon packet because it tastes a bit salty. I was the same way but thank god I made it through the end. I think it’s the size of the jug that intimidates everyone. I know that’s the first thing most of my patients say

yes! It’s terrifying. I look at it and think to myself, I don’t even drink that much water in a day (even tho I should). How was the taste for you?
