I’ve had two. One passed on its own, thankfully, while I did a 3 day hospital stay. And the second one ruptured my tube & I had internal bleeding...resulted in emergency surgery to drain the blood & to repair my tube.
How was your pain? I was in so much pain yesterday evening that I had to go to the ER. They did confirm I was 3 weeks pregnant, I had no idea. But they said they didn’t know why I was in so much pain but that it could be an ectopic pregnancy 😔 my left back side won’t stop hurting.
@jay_carmelo, if they thought it was ectopic, they should of kept you bc it could cause a bleed. It was an immediate admission when they diagnosed my ectopic.
But the first one that I passed on my own, it was like an uncomfortable throb almost. It’s came in little waves. I was uncomfortable for the whole 3-4 days but it wasn’t unbearable. I didn’t even take pain meds for it...but the ruptured tube was excruciating. I couldn’t stand. I was puking from the pain. My husband had to carry me to the car. It was awful.
Regular miscarriage are uncomfortable too. Your body is trying to push things along & it’s not a great feeling.
@love_linds, Thankfully I’m okay I’m still in pain But nothing I can’t tolerate. I spoke to a nurse at my obgyn and they’re gonna test my hcg again in 48 hours to watch it if goes up or not that way they can determine if it’s a ectopic pregnancy or not.
