idk a twisted neck and twisting your neck is not the same thing. like my daughter twisted her neck when she fell but she didn't have "a twisted neck" if that makes sense. I think she should have called a nurses hotline instead of asking for nurses in a mom group. but I dont think shes dumb for being concerned but not wanting to uneccesarily take the baby in with covid 19. I had a issue with my son at 3 weeks old and I wanted to get a nurses opinion first before risking him going into a hospital or urgent care. they assured me that as long as he's not overly sleepy and acting normal then it's not worth the risk
she asked for nurses in the mom group, not just any mom. she should have called the nurses hotline. she can tell them the baby symptoms and what happened. the nurse will ask questions based on the situation like is the baby inconsolable, are they breathing normal, is their a bump larger than a certain size, are they hard to keep awake. if there isn't any serious problem that can only be fixed with medical care, then they're not going to suggest taking a baby out with this virus going on. at least that's my experience
