Next door neighbors have a chihuaha mix that's extremely aggressive and runs out the house charging and and trying to bit.well Ji was out this morning in the yard with me and it happened so fast and he went right for her...she almost didn't see him thankfully me and Sancho my pitty mix did..Sancho chased him off..SMH neighbors don't even care but this is not the first or second time and they don't even seek to care about the door or his behavior..animal control is no help either.. SMH mayb if I call enough to hey will get tird of it.

Check the leash laws in your county and state. You can actually call the non emergency police line for that where I am. It's usually a fine and they're allowed to remove your pets after so many times. I forget the exact law but that's not even legal here.

I know this sounds awful, but I had drama with my neighbors and their pit bulls trying to attack my chocolate lab if my dog walked into his own fenced yard. The fence was starting to come down and everything. My landlord was like oh well, animal control was like work with your neighbors and the neighbors had bad attitudes. It got so bad I had to threaten to shoot the dogs before any peace came into my life.
I straight up told my ignorant ass neighbors I had a 38 special with bullets by the name of Nosey and Shiesty(yaaas they named these dogs that) and I had no problem shooting their dogs for our safety, and I’ll go sit in jail if it means my family is safe, IDGAF! Next thing you know we had a brand new fence and silence. Like I said, I know this sounds awful but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Little dogs need obedience training just like larger animals because they can be loud and bark aggressively and hurt someone. My son is way more afraid of a little dog that won’t stop barking than a big dog any day of the week so that little dog is a threat too. Many people don’t get that and think they just have a cute little dog and call it harmless and that’s bullshit too. Do what you gotta do, but be safe about it.

There’s a little dog like that in my neighborhood that constantly escapes his yard and barks and growls at everyone. He ran out in front of my husbands motorcycle one morning and my husband almost wrecked. People need to contain their dogs!
