Today was my follow up appointment/physical with my doctor. Because I’m awaiting covid results, I wasn’t allowed in the building. Instead, I had a pleasant appointment under this tent where I had to undress (top part) and lay in a smaller than usual bed, while it rained outside. My labs came back good. Including my potassium and sodium which were low last time. We discussed my thyroid levels again and confirmed for a retest in June. My EKG was fine. They do however want me to do a 24h heart machine just to make sure. All my Vitals were fine. She confirmed that she thinks I contacted a stomach bug/flu than on top of that, ended up getting flu b. (We should have my covid results back soon but she said it’s highly unlikely that that’s what I had) My temp is back to normal (98). Every day I feel a little better. Now it’s just the slow and steady time of me getting my stomach back to normal. Trying to not stress getting over quick. 12 days later and things are finally looking up. Now to just relax my mind and my anxiety.
