Worked with my first. But I started the “lifestyle” a year before I wanted to conceive.
I didn’t with my second.

I wanted a girl bad, so I followed the whole thing before we tried with her. Even went vegetarian. I played by the rules.
I got my girl.
Then I didn’t follow it with my second but I wanted another girl.
I got a boy. I should have followed it again.

When I thought I was fertile I tried it. I did a lot of research on it. There is actually more to women’s PH than the timing, I think. People say you have a 50/50 chance when you actually have 51% chance to have a boy. Odds are in your favor! 🤷♀️
