Birth control pill. I’ve used it for approximately 20 years, minus the time I went off it to get pregnant.
@babycathy, that sounds rough! What kind of pill did you have? I notice that the mini pill seems to have a common side effect of extra bleeding, myself included. I only took the mini pill when I was breastfeeding, and then switched back to regular.
@scruffy.nerf.herder the mini pill too because I breastfeed. Did you switch while breastfeeding ? If you did how was your milk supply
@babycathy, I took the mini pill throughout the time I breastfed and pumped. I only switched back to regular after I was done breastfeeding. I had a good milk supply, but I was also pumping + breastfeeding from day one because we had really tough latching issues. I remember having severe periods with the mini pill.
@junesmommy_15, oh that good. Im considering doing it. Some people say it it reduces sexual drive, i dont know how true that is🤷♀️

Hormonal IUD. Love love love it. Over 2 years now. Get a very light period every month which I like because I like confirmation that I’m not pregnant.
