I’m not quite sure how but I’m most definitely going for a natural labor.

I didn't make it, BUT chewing minty gum really helped me hold off as long as I could.

I did really well relaxing into each contraction. I tried to visualize a line going up and peaking and coming back down to remind myself the pain would lessen. But man at the end it got rough. If you can use laughing gas, do it. It helps.

Just breathe.

My second came really fast so there was no time for anything. The contractions were the worst part, I breathed through those... but when the time came to push, I didn't really have time to register any pain. My focus was to get the baby out lol my doc said that with a natural birth, the actual pushing is like 10 mins and then it's done. So that might get you through too!

You can definitely do this!! And no shame in getting medication if it doesn't work for you 🤷♀️ everyone experiences pain differently. I'm a big wuss when it comes to pain and never in a million years thought I'd have a baby unmedicated lol but like I said, she just came too fast, I'll also add that she was over 9lbs and that didnt make a difference either. She just flew out lol

yes my pain tolerance is LOW 😂😂 so this will most definitely be the biggest challenge ever.

You can do this! Our bodies are built for this. Just remember the pain WILL end! Take one at a time and breathe.
