Moms who have had small babies but were not “technically” premature BUT premature size. Was your second baby small too? Kyson was born 4lbs 10oz. Full term and was perfectly healthy as in didn’t go to NICU.

Mine were 6 lbs 12 oz, 6 lbs 8 oz, 6 lbs 10 oz, 5 lbs 11 oz, 5 lbs 5 oz and they were all full term. My 4th baby was born at 37 weeks but the rest were 2 weeks early give or take a few days. I gained the least amount of weight with my first and the most with my 4th. I thought he was going to be bigger lol. They all wore premie clothes except the first.
My first was two months early ....the next two were a month early 3,5,7
My first was born at 38 weeks weighing 5lbs 6oz my 2nd born at 36 weeks was 6.15 my 3rd born at 39 weeks was 7.8 and my last born at 38 weeks 7.7
It just depends on the baby.
My daughter was born at 37 weeks and was 4lbs 9oz and 19 inches long .
My 2nd was really small/premie clothing and she was full term but my first was average
@kx2girlmommy, SERIOUSLY. Walmart had none! We went to baby’s r us even and they barely had anything. Premie clothes was like foreign to everyone.
@kirsten2, for real I was like damn. She wore the same few premie outfits til she was in newborn size lol

My 1st was 6 pounds 7oz, my 2nd was 6 pounds 12oz and my 3rd was 6 pounds 2 oz. how many weeks were you when you had your first? Did you have any issues during pregnancy? These play a factor into birth weight.
Literally I had no issues. Every ultrasound was normal. It was a legit SHOCK that he was so small. I was 39 weeks when I had him.
My second was even smaller because she came three weeks early. She was 5lbs 4oz and fit the preemie clothes for roughly 2/3 weeks and then finally fit newborn stuff. She was sooo tiny. My first was 6lbs even. And then my third was 6lbs 6oz and still fit some preemie outfits but she was pretty cool in newborn.
