Do yall have TVs in your toddlers room? My kids wont go to sleep without a phone or tv so I'm wondering what size I should get for them
The blue light that radiates from a tv and other devices is actually really bad for sleep. We only allow tv’s in other areas of the house like living room, family room, basement, etc.
Mine don't even sleep in their room 🤣 they do have one in the play room but never use it.
My kids sleep on my floor right now but I'm trying to get them to sleep in their own rooms
My 4 year old has a tv. Hes had one since he turned 3. He doesnt get to fall asleep with it on. Sometimes he wakes up earlier than everyone so it goes on, and when its quiet time before bed and for an hour during the day
In my 2 and 4 year olds room no,but my 7 and 8 year old yes. My older 2 are here friday-monday so my younger 2 will watch TV in there and movies and stuff on weekends. And if they watch TV during the week, it's in the living room. Friday and sat nights they can stay up till 9. But Sunday it's off at 7
Mine has a tv in her room, but it’s usually off right after dinner. No more screens from dinner to bedtime, helps her sleep better
My daughter does have a tv in her room but I don’t let her sleep with it on. I made that mistake a while ago and she would stay up all night watching tv
No we don’t do TV in the room. I totally agree that you should try to break that now if you can
I definitely agree with @dontblockmesis-imjustspeakingfacts ,my son HOWEVER gets to watch half hour of TV before bedtime ( after we do dinner bath ECT ) he gets a total of 1 hours an day
Nope my twins sleep in a dark room and I don’t let them play with phones and they only get 1 hour of tv time
No. I personally don’t allow tv often. That’s a really bad habit you should try to break now while they’re young.
My son has one since he was 1.5 I just started no tvee before bed because whewwww lol
