This separation thing is way too intense I signed up for temporary housing since I’m out of employment, should I inform my half ass spouse we are moving out or will it give him a bigger chance of beating me to the child support and custody office 🤔 I’m not 100% sure how to go about all this but he’s dead to me and I’m moving on my way.. just haven’t really told him yet. 🤷♀️

I wouldn't say a word. Leave a letter. Try to move when he's gone. The most important thing is to keep the kids in your custody until you at least have a temporary court order filed if you think he would be shady about custody and child support. Start looking for work as soon as you can

@leonardsquared, yeap and I’ve told him that I’ve gave him chances to go get help and he want , and I want live the rest of however long like this either he’s making us all suffer, the kids don’t even call him dad they call him by his name because he never pays attention to them or plays with them

@tribexofxfour, I 100% understand girl. It all becomes very toxic. DEFINITELY get to the court house as quick as you can and file whatever that needs filed, leave when he's not home(write some kinda note or somethin if you wanna) and do NOT let him have the kids until there is a court order in place. BEST of luck Mama. You are very strong, smart and I have NO DOUBT you and your babies are gonna be just fine!

@leonardsquared, he just woke up like everything’s ok 🙄 it’s 1am he’s been asleep all day yet again. Who fed the kids changed them and put them to bed 🤔 now he’ll go play video games until they wake up then back to bed who lives like that. And that damn stimulus check helped him out too pay the bills for another 4 months while we sit here and watch him sleep 🤦♀️

Go to court asap. Child custody and support. If he is abusive, or dangerous in ANYWAY make sure to file a refrain from where he can't harrass you or anything. Can only talk to you about the child. Don't say ANYTHING till the second u r out

He’s not abusive just useless except for financially and hell even that’s going to hell lol 🤦♀️

If there is no court order, he can take the child and not give them back. So do not allow a sleep over or one on one visit untill there is an order in place
