Our neighborhood just got a notification that our walgreens had three employees tested positive today, and one pharmacy worker test positive.
I went there on Monday after my wisdom tooth extraction to buy gauze.
A boy stocking the shelves physically bumped into me 😖
So now I get to quarantine myself for 14 days.
Just in case that kid gave it to me, or the cashier that helped me gave it to me.. even if I don’t show symptoms, I’d hate to spread something if I had it.
I wonder how many customers came in contact with the infected workers, and are now walking around unknowing. 😕

Ugh that's crazy. I'm so sorry but it's better to be cautious. Our first patient in my town was a manager at McDonald's 😑. I thought the same thing when my husband told me. I cannot imagine how many people she came into contact with. She's always working the drive thru during lunch and it's across the street from a major airport so it's always SUPER busy at lunchtime.... anyway. Stay safe 🙏

oh for sure. I'm not blaming her. She had no idea. I'm just saying because these people are continuing to work ( and I'm sorry but no McDonald's is not essential in my opinion) it's spreading like wild fire

These poor people having to work w the public all the time, they’re putting their lives on the line whether they realize it or not. I would quarantine but also try not to worry. I’m sure you washed your hands. I always strip down and wash my clothing once I’m home before I touch my girls or anything else

Oh definitely.
I got my wisdom tooth out, sanitized upon leaving the office. Ran into walgreens for gauze, got bumped into, played with a different staff member. Got to my car. sanitized.
I wasn’t wearing my mask because the gauze in my mouth and I was afraid to bleed on it.
Then I got home, stripped down naked in the garage then showered with antibacterial soap and went straight to bed.
My husband is a “essential worker”, so in reality I bet we’ve come in contact with so many cases. But I personally don’t need to leave. I’ll play it safe, hope for the best, and make my husband do all the shopping.
I’m going to start a tally on how many times he messes up the grocery shopping. 😅

At least you know! Our town isn’t even releasing any information as to if or how many positive cases we’ve had/have... They’re being so secretive to “avoid panic”
