What do you do when you dont want to be with someone anymore? I dont even know where to begin or what to say, its been 5 years I've never stood up and spoke for myself i dont know where to start

I dont know he has never done anything to me he just gets so angry, shouts, throws things around. It's not all the time
He proposed to me in feb and I jsut think I dont want this for the rest of my life. I've never been in another relationship so I've never broken up with anyone I dont know what to do

has he always had anger problems like the way you’ve explained or is it recent? If it’s new I’d sit down with him and explain you are unhappy and if he asks why then say “ I know things are hard at the moment but your anger is scaring me and I don’t know if I want to live in an environment like this anymore it’s not healthy for any of us including our son” and also ask what’s causing him to be so angry xx

a bit yet bit he always says he was way worse than this before me, which doesnt really comfort me. I always say it scares me and I dont like and he just sighs and says this is nothing compared how bad he used to be.
He is not a good home body, and be is also working from home remotely fixing IT which isn't easy but I try and get him involved in fun activities with LO and he just doesnt care for it. I'm guessing last nights blown up came from the fact he had been drinking a new drink which obviously didn't bring out a good side
