Okay so I had breastmilk stored in my freezer in the garage and I’m not sure how long the freezer was unplugged but literally all the milk is defrosted. My step dad thinks it was probably for over a week because nothing is cold anymore and he says the freezer usually holds it’s cold after being unplugged for just a few days and I don’t know how to tell if the milk is still good or if I should throw it out. This makes me so sad it took me weeks to build up that supply and now I might have to toss it. 😭
