Has anyone ever been an Instacart shopper to make some extra money? My background check went through today so when my husband gets hime I was going to do a few of them. Can someone that’s done this before not mind explaining me the process of how it works? Like how to buy it and how the delivery works and how do you get paid? Also my state banned plastic bags so how do I bag the groceries? Thank you!!!

Yeah $10 definitely not worth it. I think it’s cause a lot of people are ordering on there because no one wants to go grocery shopping
Really? I don’t think they do I thought they were going to pay less actually. Right now none of my batches are under $40 and there’s tons available all day long

My background check went through also. I’m skeptical just because of everything that’s going on. I barely want to go to the store for myself lol.
@babybump21, unless you are working for pickup. Then I’m sure you just do the shopping orders one after the other without leaving the store at all.
@babybump21, I request that they just leave it at the door and have not needed to sign for anything. Yes the app will show the buyer what things have been found as you are shopping for them. You can suggest alternatives through the app for items unavailable and you and the customer can chat while shopping if they are following along with your progress

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
I just checked back they actually went up but it used to be like 10$ and that’s not worth it
