Those of you with IBS, do you guys get nauseous when when you have flare ups? I’ve been in a funk today. Woke up with an upset stomach. Poop problems. Etc.

I have had IBS-like symptoms ever since getting my gallbladder removed. And for me, yes, my stomach is nauseous along with the diarrhea 😩

@lillylove, I try to know where bathrooms are wherever I am. I’ve had to leave in the middle of a meeting I was leading due to diarrhea. It’s always embarrassing to have to excuse myself quickly, and then come back and apologize for my “stomach issues”. And I legitimately feel so ill before & after each bout. 😖🥴

it’s scared me into not wanting to go to a lot of places because of flare ups. It’s literally causes my anxiety to worry about it. Than I get nauseas from worrying. It’s horrible.

it’s a bad cycle for sure! I have a 1/2 hour commute to work through a very rural area that has no gas stations. I’ve had a diarrhea flare come up on me midway through the drive and had to use labor breathing to get myself to my office and not poop myself. It’s horrible 😥
