I love making dijon cream sauce for pork! Just melt a little butter add a little flour and slowly add milk while constantly whisking and add garlic and dijon at the end salt and pepper to taste

Season and bread your pork chops. Set aside. Put oil in your pan and heat up. Then put the porkchops in at less then medium temperature. Add lots of butter and cover. (Every once in a while take a spoon to cover your pork chops with butter) Let one side go till its brown then do it to the other side. They come out juicy and perfect.

Just make sure you keep them covered and on low to medium heat. Not too hot. Cook them slow. Thats how they come out juicy.
