Eggs and bacon. I might make a pot roast for dinner. We are running low on meat and I am not going to the store during peak covid, so we are going to make do.

Dinner we normal make lamb but don’t have any in the freezer so making a ham pasta course of ravioli and some veggie not sure what veggie yet and linzer cookies for dessert

We are celebrating today since hubby works Sunday. I’m making ham,veggies,stuffing,mashed potatoes and rolls dessert is white cake with strawberry frosting and ice cream.

Usually we go all out with ham, mashed potatoes and a bunch of other sides along with a few desserts. Since we wont be with family though my hubby wants to grill chicken wings and make bbq chicken because he doesnt care for ham.
