Well I do a quick lower body workout for about 6min,other than that,oh and wen I go out for a smoke that's like 20min...not much room with 5other ppl in your house lol.kids always need me
It’ll get better! Just make sure you do one small thing for you every day. Take at least 30 mins for yourself.
