Entering into a depression that I don't wanna be in.i can find a million things to organize and was n throw out but I just don't have the mental strength to keep this up.😔pray for me y'all.

It’ll get better! Just make sure you do one small thing for you every day. Take at least 30 mins for yourself.

Well I do a quick lower body workout for about 6min,other than that,oh and wen I go out for a smoke that's like 20min...not much room with 5other ppl in your house lol.kids always need me
