Thank you I take thc I have some but makes me dehydrated in the morning I am try cbd
@zel332k, oh really, well have you tried 1:1 capsules? They’re equal parts CBD and THC. The ones I take have 10 mg of each. I’ve read that the combination works well together. The guy I buy them from has his own CBD business and has a lot of clients that take them regularly for sleep and relaxation. I’ve tried CBD on its own but it wasn’t enough for me.
Just stop thinking about it and turn off the tv and stop reading all these conspiracy theories online. Read a book, go for a walk, plant a tree. Take some NyQuil and go to sleep.

@ekko, yes I was in New Brunswick so me and my husband left my kids with my mom and drove over there it was a 50 minute drive I went to elmhurst that’s the one with the freezer truck “supposedly” and ppl lined up er crowded hospital crowded and there WASNT SHIITT!!!! So what do you have to say about that ?
I’ve been taking 1:1 CBD capsules for the past few nights and they help a lot! For the past couple weeks I’ve been tossing and turning and up half the night. Now I’m sleeping all night.
