I know they get their two year old molars , but my sons teeth seem to be bothering him like everywhere ? He’s chewing on EVERYTHING . And tonight the right side of his face is actually a bit swollen ? Is this normal?

Send a message or your peds after hours nursing group if you have one. Tell them you are not worried but you do have a concern and see what they tell you. I've never seen a babies face swell from teething but that's not to say it can't happen. Maybe give him a popsicle and cold pack on the swelling?

yes I know it’s normal I just wish he would do it on things that weren’t gross 🤣 after we were done brushing our teeth he was chewing on my sink!!! Lol weird kid . I just went in and there’s no more swelling at all so that’s good !
