Hey mommies, can i take these while breastfeeding or would it best to stop breastfeeding? I don't want to get pregnant i just want to regulate my cycle and from the reviews it can regulate it. I don't want to do birth control.. Im tired of bleeding every other week.1
Thank you for sharing! I really hope it helps you and that you get back to yourself soon. Keep up the great job with nursing your baby and stay well during this most difficult time. I'm happy to have been able to support you in this! Have a blessed night and sweet dreams!!!
My vote: All of these are natural food items that many people eat in their daily diet. I personally would think this to be completely safe while nursing your baby. Turmeric is absolutely amazing and is an anti-inflammatory. The only thing I would look up would be the ginseng, otaurine, and carnitine. For more clarity speak with your ped and if they give the all clear then you're ok. Best wishes!
How old are you and are you still nursing your baby? I know both age and nursing can have an affect on ovulation/menstruation/regularity. Stress, diet, exercise, sleep or lack there of and more can also have an effect. I take Rainbow Lite One a Day Pre-natals. I will look those vitamins up tonight and get back with you about what I find. Adding any birth control into your body can cause unwanted, long term side effects. Of course pregnancy is always a possibility no matter what. If your doctor seems to want to push you rather than educating you and helping you make the best decision, ask and see if their practice or another local practice have a midwife. They tend to be more conservative from a medicinal perspective.
@xryztalroze I'm 29 yes I'm still nursing, I'm honestly trying to stick with it until he's ready to stop. I don't always eat the best things lol. This is just the way my body react after pregnancy this is my first time breastfeeding one of my children and it's the longest I've let my body bleed. The other times I jumped on birth control after 6 months bleeding non-stop. Thanks for trying to help me out i really appreciate it
