My doctors office just went to patients only. My SO is going to be so upset. 🙄🙄 I’m so over this BS! I really pray they are still going to allow the other parent present during labor or I will be having this baby at home! Lol. But frfr.

Most doctors offices are like that now . I’m happy it’s only the offices as of right now . Lol my hospital said no dads in the room then the governor was like yeah no and made it to one support person. Hopefully it stays that way 🙏🏼

It was. But now for my future appointments I can’t have nobody at all. Labor and delivery is still one person, and I hope it stays that way bc there’s no way I’m delivery that baby alone. That’s just ridiculous.

That's how my doc office is now. And my hospital is still allowing 1 person in the room but my husband has to stay home with our kids so I'll be doing it all alone 😭

I honestly hope my doctors office does this. No need for anyone else to be there possibly spreading germs around. Most prenatal appointments are super quick and boring anyways.

I’m with you on this one I think. I usually see spouses, kids, parents, sibling etc in the waiting room for my appointments. I hope next time I walk in it is just the patients because I’m already scared for my next appointment in a couple of weeks

@sorrynotsorry that's understandable but unfortunately there's a worldwide pandemic going on and pregnant women are considered at risk. The safety of others is more important than emotions. It sucks but that's just how things have to be right now.

@nothingtoseehere, people just have to take it serious and take the precautions needed and they will be fine. Unfortunately it’s still being seen as a joke.
