Exercising in the mess. π REAL LIFE. Moving my body and getting sweaty everyday is how I can keep my head on straight everyday right now. I have noticed(especially these last two weeks) that if I start the day with a quick 30 minute work out, I have such a better day. I know every fitness Instagramer is posting all the fitness info you could ever need right now.
