The city isn't that big as a whole & the station is right in the city centre and the main bus routes run all over the city out of town.
I grew up in Radford which is a ten min walk from city centre, I currently live in Courthouse Green and I'm about a 30 min walk from city centre, obviously quicker on the bus.
I pay 600 for my 3 bed house. My landlord is cheap compared the others though but you can get a decent 3 bed for 7/800 a month x
Our budget is sitting at around £750! £600 for a 3 bed? That’s amazing! Im going to have a look around, any recommendations for schools? Although will depend on the area I end up lol 😆
Will talk to my partner but probably best to look closer to the time but I just want to get a general idea ☺️ xx

definitely depends on area for schools. The rougher areas are Woodend & Willenhall.
Posher areas are Styvichall, Whoberley, Allesley but a lot pricier. Everywhere else is pretty average 🙂
