Not full state only a few cities here in utah I wish they'd do the whole state already

Not all the states are under a stay at home order. I believe there's still 11 states mostly in the midwest and southern states that haven't gone full stay at home order but I think a few of those 11 have some restrictions.

Some are open here that is no essential but they are cracking down on those businesses and they are risking to lose their license/pay fines &’ jail time.
