I used to take sertaline 100mgs I had no really issue side effects besides the lack of the sex drive lol

I took Zoloft. Every body is different and reacts to treatment differently. Zoloft happened to work for me on a very low dose.

Also note that I didn't have side effects. No weight gain, no loss of sex drive etc.

I am on a low dose too, I don't notice a lack of sex drive. Maybe just at higher doses?

I'm not currently on it when I has postpartum with my first daughter. I'm pregnant now so refuse to take anything. I don't remember the dosage but I remember that the doctor said it was the lowest dose they prescribe.

Also I had no nausea but like I said everybody is different.

Not at all, I would just take it with dinner.

I took Zoloft for a very short time after my 2nd baby because I had post partum depression. I probably only took it for about 3 months to “reset”. I had some side effects but it definitely worked.

I was SUPER tired. I felt like I couldn’t get out of bed in the morning. That was the worst part. I was also clenching my teeth a ton, and it made me have a really itchy scalp.

My Dr gave me Xanax last week. It’s working well for me

@avalunasmama, @jenx, my doctor wants to start me on a low dosage. I opted for 25m first because I’m worried. When would be the best time to take it? I’m thinking before bed.

i took it before bed in case it made me sleepy, but it never did.

I took it at bedtime because they said it could make you sleepy, but it didn't for me. I take it in the am now

I just started it again this week. I’m on a slightly higher dose this time so I felt more of the side effects than the last time I was on it but they only lasted 2-3 days.

no it has never made me feel nauseous. You can always take it right before bed so that if it does happen to make you nauseous, you can hopefully sleep through it.

I took 100mgs for many many years due to anxiety. Was a very useful tool for me. The biggest side effects I had occurred when I decided to come off of it. But again I was on it for a very long time so it was a very slow and long transition to come off of it. I went back on briefly after I had my daughter and it helped again. Just be mindful that it will take a few weeks to start to make a difference.

I honestly don’t remember. I’m sorry. I started on it when I was about 15. I do remember being upset that I wasn’t feeling any improvement in my anxiety immediately but like I mentioned before it takes a few weeks to make much of a difference. I was given Xanax for immediate breakthrough relief.
