so they’ve apparently cancelled school for the rest of the year. so cyber school will finish their schooling for the year. i don’t even wanna tell my kids this because they’re straight up gonna cry. they miss their teachers and friends so much. it’s not like the last day of school where you KNOW and get proper goodbyes. they left like any other friday expecting to go back and never did again. this is all so crappy 🥺🥺

My girls are a little sad about it, but right now it just feels like an extended spring break. I’m sure they’ll be ready to go back before long. My little 4 year old though, he asks all the time if he can go to school. Really hard to explain this to him.

My son school is closed until May 4th now. It was April 13th now it’s May 4th. I don’t think he’ll be going back either because May 20th would of been their last day of school.
