Hoping to make some home made enchiladas 2night, this will be my 2nd time ever making them. Mexican & Italian food are my favorite. ❤ I don't have chicken to make chicken enchiladas Or beef but thinking about using shredded turkey from a whole turkey we have. I mean to me it's better than chicken anyway so why not.
