I turned in my husband's FMLA forms almost 3 weeks ago to my doctors office plus my breast pump prescription & they have yet to fill anything out... I'm due in 3 weeks! I dont get what's taking so long especially because they are only taking pregnant women & women with serious medical conditions at the moment. I'm about ready to cuss these mfs out!!

I may be wrong but I was under FMLA paperwork couldn't be filled out until you actually give birth

The paperwork my husband recieved just needs my due date, how long I need help for after delivery & a signature. I've called numerous times about it & they keep telling me it will get filled out when the doctor has free time.
