i saw something other day on facebook but dont know how true it is but if you ring 111 and they tell you to isolate you get a reference and work cannot dismiss due to self isolating. again it may be shite as alot is on there. hope they are both ok x

They can’t sack you if it is relating to self isolation. You’ll only get SSP if you qualify. Xx

I’ve been on SSP for a week so far as Jaxon has symptoms and I had a isolation self cert via 111. However, I don’t know how they will act if I put in for another 2 weeks. Jaxons still not right and willow now has symptoms. I’m just dreading it

I put in so much work and overtime it’s unreal, so I can imagine my shifts are being hard to cover at present

I can’t imagine they will take it lightly x

You can talk to your employer about going on furlough. The government will then pay your employer (to pay you) 80% of your wages if you're unable to work due to coronavirus related circumstances.
