Every year someone burns trash 24/7 all day and all night during the spring and summer. It’s to the point I can never open a window and enjoy fresh air. I’ve walked around for years and can’t see anything or figure out where the smell is coming from. I would like to be able to breath in my own home.who would I call to report this too?
