Anyone know what the name of this plant is? I rescued it at the end of spring last year and it had 3 leaves on it and now its booming and so I'm curious as to what I can do with it

None of the roots are exposed and yes I know it needs a bigger pot. I want to know if it can be put outside or has to stay inside so I can figure out what pot I need

It needs a bigger pot for its roots and to keep sprouting properly, exposed roots can kill the plant, not sure what kind of plant it is though.
